envie2rouler bases a BMW F 900 R in the heart of the Oisans, in Auris-en-Oisans, between Alpe d'Huez and Les 2 Alpes. The motorcycle lives at the Auberge de la Forêt (hameau Les Cours, 38142): book online, pick up the keys at the inn, and the legendary Tour de France hairpins are ten minutes away.

A 105 hp roadster with generous torque, the F 900 R is the ideal mountain-road machine: agile through the hairpins, stable in fast sweepers, with enough protection to chain the passes all day. Every rental includes preparation, roadside assistance, a lock and 200 km per day — degressive rates from the weekend up. CE-certified helmets and gloves available on site.

Which licence do I need?

The Auris F 900 R is full power: a full (category A) motorcycle licence is required. With an A2 licence, book the A2-restricted F 900 R or another motorcycle at our Grenoble agency, one hour away.

Are helmets and gloves provided?

Two helmets, CE-certified gloves and a lock are available on site (gear pack as a booking option). A certified helmet and gloves are mandatory in France — you can bring your own.

How does key handover work?

After booking online, meet us at the Auberge de la Forêt, hameau Les Cours, Auris-en-Oisans. Departure and return inspections are done on site with the inn's team.

When is the motorcycle in Auris?

From April to October, during the pass season. In winter, the whole envie2rouler fleet is in Grenoble.

How much is the security deposit?

€2,000, taken as a simple card hold at handover and released on return. A partial damage waiver is available as an option.
