Cookie Policy

Document current as of 18/08/2026 — subject to change.

You can change your choice at any time.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you browse a website. It helps the site function correctly and, with your agreement, measures its audience.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies enable the site to work (session, storing your consent choice). They are exempt from consent because they are essential to the service.

3. Audience measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 (ID G-5TQK5TJLX1) to produce visitor statistics. These cookies are set only after acceptance via the consent banner. The IP address is anonymised. Retention period: 13 months maximum.

4. If you decline

No cookie is stored and nothing is read from your device. Google tags stay loaded but in a “denied” state: they send readings without any identifier, from which Google produces aggregate statistical estimates. Nothing allows you to be recognised, from one visit to the next or on another site.

5. In-house measurement, without cookies

We measure the booking journey with our own tool, without cookies and without personal data: a random number lives in the tab’s memory and disappears when you close it. It only tells us at which step visitors stop, so we can fix the site. These readings are never shared, cross-referenced or used for advertising, and are therefore exempt from consent under the French data-protection authority’s guidance. Retention: 180 days.

6. Payment

Stripe may set cookies required to secure transactions and identity verification.

7. Advertising

We measure how our Google Ads and Meta campaigns perform, to know which adverts produce bookings. This relies on cookies stored only after you accept, and on a click identifier (_gcl_aw) linking a booking to an advert. We neither buy nor sell advertising profiles, and we do no targeting on other sites.

To measure how our adverts perform we send Google, only after you have consented, an irreversible fingerprint (SHA-256) of your e-mail address and phone number, computed on our server at the time of payment. It lets Google match your booking to the advert you clicked, without ever disclosing those details in clear. Recipients: Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (United States), transfer covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Details in our privacy policy.

9. Managing or withdrawing your consent

You may accept or refuse non-essential cookies at any time via the cookie banner (Accept / Refuse), or by resetting the cookies and storage of your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
