We reply within one working day. If a quote does not qualify, we tell you exactly which of the conditions below it fails.

Because motorcycle rentals rarely compare line for line. A lower rate often hides fewer included kilometres, a higher excess or less cover. The guarantee therefore applies to an offer genuinely identical to ours, otherwise the two prices mean nothing.
One extra rental day on the same insurance and equipment terms, from a single billed day onwards. It adds no kilometres: the total allowance stays that of the paid days. For example, one billed day gives 200 km included, and the free day leaves those 200 km unchanged.
It depends on the bike being free the next day. If it is already rented we tell you before you confirm: the price stays matched, but the day cannot be postponed or turned into a discount.
You have 48 hours after your booking to send us the quote, and until the bike leaves if that comes sooner. We match the price and refund the difference to your payment method, with the free extra day added on the same terms. Once the bike has left, or after those 48 hours, the agreed price is the one on the contract.
Yes, if it comes from a professional rental company with a branch within 30 km, and if it is written, dated and in your name. Only listings between private individuals are excluded, not professional intermediaries.
